Our current policy is 28 Days from Dispatch date. Please note we do not accept refunds of products that have been washed or tumble dried. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

How do I wash my Vandulas tee?

Wash your tee inside out on a cold cycle (30°C max) using mild detergent. This protects the DTF print and keeps colours sharp.

Can I tumble dry it?

No — always air dry. Heat from tumble dryers can crack or peel the print over time.

Can I iron it?

Yes, but never directly on the design. Turn the tee inside out and use a low heat setting.

Can I dry clean it?

We don’t recommend it — dry cleaning chemicals can damage the print.
